Overview:
Stylish vintage lapis lazuli & diamond cocktail ring crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.
Diamonds total an estimated 0.26 carats (estimated at G-H color and VS2-SI2 clarity). Four pieces of lapis measure 3mm each. The lapis is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
The distinct and unusual ring features a temple like design. The lapis is fitted to slim pillars that 'raise' the top of the mounting. The domed design forms to a central point (in brushed gold), bordered with diamonds to the base. The medium rise ring (10mm - 0.39 inches) sits comfortably on the finger. The unique ring is impactful in design and ideal worn day or night. The ring has a hefty feel on the finger at 17.8 grams (over 1/2 ounce).
The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
