We do not offer credit terms, however if you qualify for PayPal's BillMeLater service, you may make payments to them.
US SHIPPING
How much will shipping be?
If the item is noted in the listing as Free Shipping, you will only pay for the item price which is posted. Please check the Shipping &Payments tab on the eBay listing page to determine what your shipping price will be.
How long until I receive my item?
Under the Shipping & Payments tab on the eBay listing page, the estimated delivery time is posted.
Will you ship to my PO Box?
Yes, via USPS.
Will you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, via USPS.
Your listing stated I should receive my item 3-4 days after I made payment, but it took 7 days. Why?
We generally ship your item within 1 business day (timeframe) of receiving your payment. Depending on weather, weekends and holidays, such factors may have delayed delivery.
Do you offer a shipping discount if I buy more than one item from you?
Yes we do providing you've made one payment for all items you purchased from us and the additional item(s) can all fit in the same package.

I've not yet received my item from you and its a few days late. What can I do?
We generally ship your item within 1 business day (timeframe) of receiving your payment. Depending on weather, weekends and holidays, such factors may have delayed delivery. On occasion, your item may be held up in your country's customs office. We ask you be patient; your item should be delivered soon.
Can you mark "gift" on the customs form and put a lower price so I don't have to pay much for customs fees?
No, we cannot. It is against US law and that of most countries to file a fraudulent customs form.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
- Item must be returned within 7 business days from receipt of the shipment.
- Resized or otherwise altered jewelry is not returnable.
- Item must be in original condition as when we shipped it.
- We will refund your payment in full, less shipping charges (international buyers only - US domestic shipments are free via USPS).
- You will return the item through the same carrier and method we shipped it to you and using the same packing materials to ensure we receive the item intact.
My item arrived damaged (missing part of the item, etc.) What are you going to do about it?
Please let us know as soon as you receive the package and retain the shipping materials. If it appears the shipping carrier caused damage, we will guide you in filing a claim to reimburse you.
PROBLEMS
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately. We package and ship quickly, but if we still have your item on hand, we will file a claim with eBay that we have agreed to mutually cancel the transaction. Please agree to the notification eBay sends you regarding this issue so we can have our eBay fees credited.

What does vintage (term) mean?
(Term) means…a pre-owned item made between the 1930s to 1980s
Do you have history on the item i.e. previous owners, country or origin etc?
We include all information about a piece in the item description. Due to privacy laws we are not able to reveal information about previous owner(s). Circa dates (if applicable), condition and a full description of the item is provided. We include inscriptions and hallmark information when available.
Can a ring be re-sized?
In general, yes. Please contact us directly for specific details about the item you are looking to purchase. Some rings are not re-sizable due to factors such as gemstones (full circle eternity rings) and size differences (most rings can be re-sized up or down 2-3 sizes).
