Overview:
Distinct and elegant antique Victorian era bracelet, crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.
64 old rose cut diamonds total an estimated 0.32 carats (estimated at J-K color and I1 clarity).
The diamonds are set into silver mounted panels spelling out the name "Dorothy". Nameplate or ID bracelets were popular during the Victorian era, often gifted to a sweetheart or loved one. The mesh bracelet exhibits a buttery yellow gold and is soft to the touch. Antique gold often has a soft and supple feel. The bracelet features a slip lock closure with a safety chain attached for a secure fit.
The overall condition of the bracelet is very good with some patina evident to the "H" and "Y" letters. We have not cleaned the bracelet in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
