Finely detailed vintage diamond & sapphire heart ring crafted in 18 karat yellow gold (circa 1960s).
Cabochon cut sapphire measures 10.5mm x 8.5mm. Full cut and single cut diamonds total an estimated 2.50 carats (estimated at I-J color and SI1-I1 clarity). The sapphire is in good condition (few light surface abrasions visible under a 10x loupe).
