Finely detailed vintage H Stern opal & diamond cocktail ring (circa 1960s to 1970s), crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.
10 natural opals measure 6mm x 4mm (estimated at 0.50 carats each). the center set opal measures 7mm x 5mm (estimated at 0.75 carats). The total opal weight is estimated at 5.75 carats. 10 estimated 0.03 carat round brilliant cut diamonds total an estimated 0.30 carats (estimated at H-I color and VS2-SI1 clarity). Note: one of the outer opals has one crazed line through the opal (does not break the surface). The other opals are in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
