Overview:
Finely detailed vintage Art Deco amethyst & seed pearl ring (circa 1920s to 1930s) crafted in 14k yellow gold.
Amethyst measures 16mm x 8mm (estimated at 6 carats). Note: few light surface abrasions to the amethyst. The seed pearls are approx. 1mm each (wire set into the mount).
The stylish Art Deco era ring features a faceted amethyst surrounded with dainty seed pearls and embossed flowers to one end. Set into raised rectangular mount the side shoulders feature hand engraved scrolled details, a hallmark of the Art Deco era. The ring has a medium profile and rises 10mm from the finger (0.39 inches).
The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned the ring in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
