Overview:
Finely detailed antique Victorian pendant (circa 1880s to 1900s) crafted in 18k yellow gold.
12 estimated 0.03 carat old rose cut diamonds total an estimated 0.36 carats (estimated at J-K color and I3 clarity). The turquoise measures 4mm x 3.5mm. Two 0.01 garnets are set into the eyes.
The triple coiled snake is fabricated in an east-west design to sit as a slide or enhancer on a chain. Old rose cut diamonds and turquoise adorn the head of the snake. For centuries the snake has represented faithfulness and eternal love.
The pendant is in good original condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
