Overview:
Stylish and finely detailed opal & diamond ring crafted in 14 karat yellow gold (circa 1960s).
Cabochon cut opals measure 5mm x 3mm. 16 single cut diamonds total an estimated 0.08 carats (estimated at H-I color and VS2-I1 clarity). Note: few chips to the opals (visible under a 10x loupe).
Center set colorful opals are framed with sparkling diamonds. The opals show a strong green color base with flashes of purple, turquoise and yellow. The ring is great worn alone or stacked with your fine jewelry from any era. The medium rise band (7mm - 0.27 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
