Stylish vintage Art Deco era 2ct emerald & diamond gemstone engagement ring (circa 1920s to 1930s) crafted in platinum.
Emerald cut natural emerald measures 8.44 x 6.93 x 4.64 (estimated at 2 carats) is accented with 12 single cut diamonds totaling an estimated 0.08 carats (estimated at G-H color and VS clarity). The emerald is in very good condition and free of cracks or chips. The emerald shows evidence of moderate clarity enhancement.
The emerald is securely set in a four pronged mount with diamonds set to the side shoulders and under gallery. Etched detail and fine milgrain, a hallmark of the Art Deco era, dots the shank. The ring is great worn as a gemstone engagement ring or right hand ring for everyday wear.
