Overview:
Stylish vintage natural star sapphire & diamond ring (circa 1960s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
Cabochon star sapphire measures 9.5mm x 5mm (estimated at 2.50 carats) accented with an estimated 0.15 carats of diamonds (estimated at G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity). The sapphire is in very good condition and free of cracks orc chips.
The natural light blue cabochon cut star sapphire exhibits a beautiful six point star in natural sunlight. Set into a classic 60s mount with a celestial vibe and textured florentine finish to the side shoulders. The medium rise ring (8mm - 0.31 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it on order to preserve the patina and collector value.

Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 4 (sizable). The mount measures 20mm in length (0.78 inches) and 13mm wide (0.51 inches) rising 8mm from the finger. Note: the inner band is fitted with two sizing balls (can be removed if desired)
Metal & Hallmark: 14 karat yellow gold. The ring is not hallmarked though it has tested positive for 14k gold.
