Overview:
Stylish vintage large jade ring (circa 1960s to 1970s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
Cabochon cut jade measures 25mm x 19mm (estimated at 27 carats). The jade is 'B' grade with impregnation evident. The jade is in very good condition and free of cracks or chips (light surface abrasions visible under a 10x loupe).
The large piece of jade is mottled with lighter and darker shades of green. Bezel set into an oval mount with a brushed gold finish to the mount and side shoulders. The ring makes a nice statement on the hand. The medium rise ring (8mm - 0.31 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good condition.
