Vintage Cartier Double C diamond band crafted in 18 karat yellow, white & rose gold.
The ring is set with an estimated 0.18 carats of diamond (estimated at G-H color and VV2 clarity).
The classic Double C ring features three bands of gold seamlessly joined together terminating to the diamond set Double C's. The ring is small (size 3 1/4) and ideal for wear on the pinky finger. The ring was recently professionally cleaned and polished. It is no longer available for sale at retail and considered a collector piece.
