41 estimated 0.05 carat round brilliant cut diamonds are pave set into the heart and total an estimated 2.05 carats (estimated at G-H color and VS2 clarity).
The diamonds are pave set into the heart mount and offer loads of sparkle and fire. The heart features a slightly puffed design and sits flat one a chain. Ideal worn alone or layered with your fine jewelry from any era.
The pendant is in excellent condition and was recently professionally cleaned and polished.
