Overview:
Stylish opal & diamond earrings crafted in 14k yellow gold (circa 1960s).
Opals measure 8mm x 6mm, accented with 24 single cut diamonds totaling an estimated 0.24 carats (estimated at H-I color and VS2-SI2 clarity). The opals are in very good condition and free of cracks or chips.
The opals show a strong color matrix with flashes of green, orange, yellow, turquoise and purple. The accented diamonds offer sparkle within the textured gold mount. The earrings make a nice statement on the ear lobe and are great for day or evening wear. The earrings are fitted with post and butterfly backings for pierced ears. The matching ring and pendant/brooch are also available for sale.
The earrings are in very good condition and lightly cleaned and polished.
