Overview:
Elegant antique Victorian bloodstone ring (circa 1880s to 1900s), crafted in 10 karat yellow gold. The bloodstone measures 10mm x 7mm (in good condition with a small nick to the stone, visible under a 10x loupe)
The bloodstone is etched with the letter 'I' (from what we can decipher) in old English font. The small oval signet mount sits flat on the finger, rising 2.5mm (0.09 inches). The side shoulders feature a pretty scrolled foliate design.
The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve patina and collector value.
